At CSArch, people are at the heart of everything we do, from the people who inhabit our buildings to the people who design them. Our employees are our most important asset and we place high value on their daily contributions.

We touch many people along the way and each plays an integral role in shaping solutions. Relationships are the first thing we build. The firm is organized into four design studios and our construction management group. Each studio is staffed with hands-on, senior level architects, engineers, designers and interns, and managed by firm principals. Each project and client is assigned to one of the firm's design studios for the duration of our engagement. Our CM group consists of experienced construction managers, and supports all four design studios. Our size provides the resources to meet demanding schedules, while our organization allows us to deliver service with a personal touch.
