We are just days away from the opening of the Inaugural Capital Region Canstruction exhibit at the New York State Museum. CSArch is one of nine teams participating at the local level of this international food drive competition engaging design industry professionals to strut their design and construction genius to build amazing structures – up to 10-by-10-by-8 feet – from cans of non-perishable food. At the end, all the food will be donated to The Food Pantries for the Capital District to aid in the fight against hunger. We are so pleased with the outpouring of support and resulting reach of the event, and invite you to visit the exhibit and help in this fight against hunger. Stop by during lunch or on the weekend and bring the family! And, don’t forget to bring a canned good to vote for our CSArch entry to receive the coveted Community Choice Award! A comprehensive lecture series will be offered with topics including building, design, finances, healthy living, cooking, etc. throughout the two week exhibit.
