Gregory Klokiw AIA LEED AP
Managing Principal/Project Manager
Guiding results through sustainable leadership
The impact that a teacher can have on a child – that’s what drives the imagination of Greg Klokiw as he works with educators through the design and construction challenges they face. On healthcare projects, the patient is ever-present in his mind. And, after 14 years in architecture, it’s his two young children who provide a newfound appreciation for professionals in both fields. It’s this personal motivation that allows Greg to leave pre-conceived notions at the door and get to the core of what clients really need and want.
Greg’s approach is hands-on, with the intent of moving things forward to create spaces featuring excellent livability and superior functionality. Working with clients to identify the essence of projects and bottom line goals are his strong suit. Vigilance for delivering on the promises he makes brings it all together, allowing him to build excellent relationships on both sides of project teams. He is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Tech Valley.
The desire to understand how things are built extends beyond Greg’s professional pursuits. He dabbles in flipping houses; putting sweat equity into the properties he buys that gives him practical experience and makes him a stronger architect. A life-long athlete, Greg is very comfortable on the soccer field, skis, his bike or the hiking trail. When he’s ready to get off his feet, you’ll find him in his weekend car, a restored ’92 Corvette.
