Scott W. Wolfe
Director of Construction Management
Working in perfect unison.
Constructing a building is easy. Renovating a space, or building an addition to a school occupied with 400+ children while minimizing the impact on students and staff, all while pushing for project completion ahead of schedule, is a bit more challenging. And yet, that’s what Scott Wolfe does every day. From initial concept to finished construction, Scott’s focus is always on the underlying intent of a project. He enjoys building consensus with everyone from CSArch design and project management staff, to client and contractor, working in unison towards a common goal.
Scott previously worked on the contracting side of construction with clients throughout the Capital Region. Now, as the Director of Construction Management at CSArch, he works heavily with K-12 public school clients throughout eastern New York State, bringing a unique perspective and great pride to the projects he manages. He was particularly pleased to handle CM for an addition to the historic Ticonderoga High School in Ticonderoga, NY, as well as the wood chip gasification plant at Hartford CSD, the first NYS public school to implement this type of alternative energy.
A member of the Leadership Tech Valley Class of 2011 Scott is quite involved in the community, offering his talents to Project ROSE (Reach Out to Serve the Elderly), Meals on Wheels, Equinox Thanksgiving and the Town of Charlton Advisory Board. He can also be found coaching his sons’ lacrosse team, heading out on an Adirondack camping trip or riding motorcycles and snowmobiles with his daughter. For fun he grows pumpkins, restores old tractors and loves fast cars, boats and recreational vehicles.
