DANIEL WOODSIDE, AIA LEED AP
Dan brings more than 26 years of experience in the design and management of College + University facilities and public and private Pre K-12 schools, corporate, and civic projects. Recognized for his strong leadership and communication skills, Dan contributes to both project and business excellence.
TINA MESITI-CEAS, AIA LEED GREEN ASSOC.
Tina has nearly 20 years of experience in the design of educational, corporate, institutional, and mixed-use public and private facilities. Collaborators and colleagues alike recognize her innate ability to translate clients’ ideas and wishes into exceptional projects and for providing knowledge-based solutions that inspire and improve daily life.
RICHARD PECKHAM, AIA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rich’s strength with numbers and finance plays an integral role in the business of CSArch, where his leadership is key in keeping the firm operating smoothly. He is also keenly tuned in to how clients run their businesses, working to understand their culture and the impact they are looking to create through design.
THOMAS RITZENTHALER, AIA
Tom has dedicated his entire career to public projects and takes the lead on the firm’s Civic + Cultural projects. Having served with two NYS public school districts, Tom has first-hand experience of the challenges and issues facing public facilities in the maintenance, operations and expansion of aging physical plants.

Randy Collins and Paul Scoville founded CSArch as Collins + Scoville Architects. Their vision for a firm built on relationships grew from two people in 1991 to nearly 100 today. Their tireless commitment to our clients, our industry, and our community are still an important part of the CSArch culture today.
