CSArch is excited to announce Mark McCarthy has officially joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager and Design Director in our Newburgh office.

From studying art to working as a middle school teacher in New York City, Mark's experiences have given him a unique perspective to his work. He possesses significant expertise in project management and design, having devoted more than 25 years leading design teams through a variety of project types in the United States and abroad. In addition to his work with K-12 public school clients, his career has focused on the design of educational spaces for higher education institutions, which will help advance the firm’s higher education efforts in the Hudson Valley and downstate regions.
As an architect from a family of educators, Mark joins CSArch with a broad view of design and specific expertise on the factors that impact the student learning experience. His ability to lead design teams through projects of varying complexity and size will provide a level of insight and collaboration that ensures a successful outcome.
In addition to leveraging his project management and design expertise, Mark will also support CSArch’s business development, client relations, marketing, and mentoring initiatives.
