Clarkstown Central School District partnered with CSArch to develop a district-wide infrastructure and capital improvement project totaling more than $36 million.

Exterior Masonry Reconstruction

A historic exterior masonry reconstruction project at Congers Elementary School involved replacement of the entire gymnasium wall construction, replacement of the terra cotta masonry facade, as well as steel, window, and roofing replacement.

North High School Auditorium

A complete upgrade of the auditorium at North High School provided new seatings, flooring, walls, ceilings, and updated sound and lighting technology. With a limited budget CSArch was able to provide much needed cosmetic improvements for performances and community events.

Project Scope

Through extensive building and site investigations, programming and financial modeling, CSArch created a comprehensive improvement plan and bond referendum for the district. Through extensive building and site investigations, programming and financial modeling, CSArch created a comprehensive improvement plan and bond referendum for the district. 

Critical infrastructure improvements performed at Clarkstown include roof replacements, boiler replacements, and electrical service replacements. The project was phased over three consecutive years focusing on summer construction periods with the first phase completed in August 2017.
