CSARCH is proud to announce that Managing Principal Daryl Mastracci PE, LEED AP BD+C has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Business Council of Westchester’s 40 Under 40 annual award program. Mastracci received the award in a ceremony held on Thursday, June 21 in Rye Brook, NY, alongside his 2018 Rising Stars class.

“To be named a Rising Star is an impressive honor and we are extremely proud of Daryl’s continued accomplishments,” stated Executive Principal Tina Mesiti-Céas AIA, LEED Green Associate. “His efforts and contributions to the firm have been crucial to our growth and success in Westchester County.”

After joining CSARCH in 2015, Daryl’s talent and leadership quickly emerged – spearheading strategic and financial planning, operations, business development and design standardization for the firm. In recognition of his contributions to the firm in such a short period of time, he was promoted to Principal in January 2017, and shortly after was promoted again to Managing Principal.

In addition to co-leading the White Plains office, Daryl is the firm-wide leader of the engineering practice – overseeing the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection/life safety, and telecommunications design teams. Under Daryl’s leadership and vision, the firm’s engineering group has become one of the most well-known and trusted teams in New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in nine states as well as the District of Columbia.

The Business Council of Westchester’s 40 Under 40 – Rising Stars program is modeled after the national business recognition program “40 Under 40”. Rising Stars honorees were chosen based on professional and/or entrepreneurial accomplishments, professional and/or business affiliations, and demonstrated leadership skills.
