CSArch Promotes Several Deserving Individuals

We are thrilled to announce the promotions of five deserving individuals for their growth and continued dedication to the highest quality work at CSArch.

Nicholas Rohan
Promoted to Associate
A dedicated employee with CSArch since 2010 and the third member of our engineering department, Nick has been promoted to Associate in recognition of his growth and role on several of CSArch’s largest projects to date. Nick’s expertise in electrical design has contributed to the success of our MEP Engineering work with K-12 and Higher Education clients, including Queensbury UFSD, the City School District of Albany, University at Albany, and Guilderland CSD.

Brenden Brogan
Promoted to Associate
With CSArch since 2015, Brenden has been promoted to Associate. Brenden joined CSArch as a talented building designer following his graduation from Norwich University. A newly licensed architect, his professional growth and development has made him an integral part of the CSArch team and has led to successful projects with Ichabod Crane CSD, Queensbury UFSD, and Academy of the Holy Names.

David Bratt
Promoted to Associate
David joined our MEP Engineering team in 2015 and quickly became a valuable resource for HVAC and plumbing design. He is recognized by clients for his technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on approach to engineering design, which has led to successful higher education, K-12, and corporate projects with the University at Albany, Utica College, City School District of Albany, and Queensbury UFSD.

Matthew Zyrkowski
Promoted to Senior Associate
Matthew joined CSArch in 2019 and has developed into a trusted colleague, mentor, and leader as Project Manager on several projects in the Hudson Valley and downstate regions. His knowledge and expertise in the design and management of complex K-12 projects is valued by employees and clients alike and has led to successful work with Marlboro CSD, the City School District of New Rochelle, and the Boys and Girls Club of Newburgh.

CJ Goodwin
Promoted to Senior Associate
A Senior Building Designer with CSArch since 2007, CJ was promoted to Senior Associate. CJ’s growth and development has had a major impact on the technical development of several capital projects with long-term clients of the firm, including North Colonie CSD, Malone CSD, and Watervliet City SD. He is respected by clients for his strong communication skills and expertise in the planning and execution of capital projects.
