CSArch Among Top 20 National K-12 School Architecture Firms

9.17.2018

CSArch ranked #15 on the 2018 Top 150 K-12 School Architecture + AE Firms list by Building Design + Construction magazine. This is a move up from last year's ranking of #16, reflecting the firm's continued growth in the K-12 market. Rankings are based on the previous year's K-12 school work reveue.

CSArch has been strongly anchored in educational architecture since its inception in 1991. Still a client today, the firm’s first school client, North Colonie Central School District, is working with CSArch on a$106 million multi-phased capital project that will address rising enrollment needs and spaces for STEAM-focused curriculum. That project broke ground earlier this year.

The firm is currently involved in several other large-scale K-12 projects, including at the City School District of Albany, where a $179.9 million redesign of the Albany High School is underway, one of the largest single school projects in New York State.  The firm has also expanded its downstate footprint after opening a third office in White Plains, New York, with K-12 clients like Greenburgh Central School District, Eastchester Union Free School District, and North Shore Central School District.

The Top 150 K-12 School Architecture + AE Firms list is part of Building Design + Construction magazine’s annual Giants 300 Report. The annual report ranks the nation’s largest A/E/C firms from more than 20 building sectors and specialty services across the United States. CSArch also scored among the Top 110 AE Firms  and Top 175 University Architecture + AE Firms.
