Project Scope

CSArch worked with campus stakeholders to complete a feasibility study of Hulbert Hall, the college’s six-story residence hall built in the 1970s. The study identified the work required in the bathrooms, corridors, and lounges and developed a master plan for wayfinding and finishes. Following the completion of the feasibility study, CSArch was engaged to complete renovations to the C and A-Wings of Hulbert Hall. Renovations occurred in the corridors, toilet rooms, and lounges, as well as a review of the overall engineering systems to ensure renovations do not impact existing equipment.
