CSArch is teaming with Fawley Bryant Architecture to design an 84,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art baseball stadium and fieldhouse at Binghamton University that will stand among the top Division I athletic facilities in the country.

Stadium Upgrades
The design includes increased stadium seating, a new turf field, and lighting and scoreboard improvements. A new VIP lounge and VIP seating will be constructed behind home base, as well as upgraded team lockers rooms, umpire locker rooms and restrooms.
Dedicated Training Facilities
Located in the new fieldhouse, state-of-the-art athletic facilities will include a new team locker room, batting tunnel, hydrotherapy treatment pools, and multi-purpose team meeting room overlooking the field.
Team Support Space
To enhance the overall player experience, support space will include a team lounge and nutrition room, student study room, and recreation space.
Coaching Staff Space
The second floor administration lobby will provide space for coaches and staff with a lounge area and adjacent conference rooms and offices.
Project Scope
CSArch is serving as the Architect-of-Record along with Design Architect Fawley Bryant Architecture on the $60 million baseball stadium complex at Binghamton Univerity.
Made possible by the largest gift in the college's history, the project will be LEED Silver Certifiable and will include expanded stadium seating, a larger press box, a hospitality suite and terrace seating. A new, enhanced stadium entry will include a boardwalk with concessions and other amenities. Inside the fieldhouse, new spaces include a team locker room, team meeting space with stadium seating, a batting tunnel, player lounge, therapy and nutrition rooms, office and conference space, and student study hall.
