Clarkstown Central School District partnered with CSArch to develop a district-wide infrastructure and capital improvement project totaling more than $36 million.
A complete upgrade of the auditorium at North High School provided new seatings, flooring, walls, ceilings, and updated sound and lighting technology. With a limited budget CSArch was able to provide much needed cosmetic improvements for performances and community events.
Through extensive building and site investigations, programming and financial modeling, CSArch created a comprehensive improvement plan and bond referendum for the district.
