When Pioneer Bank’s president launched a mission to dust off the company’s brand and make it much more visible, he envisioned a new corporate headquarters at one of the busiest intersections in New York’s Capital Region.
CSArch had the vision and ability to properly translate our brand into our physical building. I already had high expectations, but the work exceeded them. The level of attention each member of the team showed proved they cared as much as we did about the finished product.”
To bring back in-house training and reduce the need to travel off site, a dedicated space was created for employees to receive instruction and attend seminars.
An inviting space for employees to congregate, eat, and socialize, the Bistro features bright colors and modern dining furniture.
Located prominently in the Town of Colonie, the four-story structure includes retail and commerce spaces along with a Pioneer Bank branch. CSArch provided architectural and engineering services for the design of approximately 45,600 sf of the interior fit-up.
The fit-up design work includes the bank branch located on the ground floor, the remaining area on the second floor, and the third and fourth floors in their entirety. The new interior design reflects the consolidation of corporate departments, which were dispersed over several buildings in Troy, NY.
