When Pioneer Bank introduced a new banking concept that would revolutionize the client experience and establish a unique competitive advantage, CSArch was hired to completely renovate several branches throughout the Capital District.
I already had high expectations from CSArch, but the work exceeded them. The level of attention each member of the team showed proved they cared as much as we did about the finished product."
North Greenbush
Pioneer decided to relocate the East Greenbush location to create a new branch in Greenbush Commons. The unique design, modern and inviting, includes a conference room, office space, coin counter, ITM/ATM, and retail space.
Project Scope
Beginning in 2013, CSArch renovated ten Pioneer Bank branches to reflect its re-invented image and shift toward a new banking concept. Consumers and clients can now shop, bank, and ship all in one location, and are immersed into a banking experience that improves the teller-client relationship.
A full range of design services were provided by CSArch, including architecture, programming, interior design, furniture selection, and millwork design. The project team worked closely with contractors and bank leaders to design each banking component. A combination of solid surface materials, plastic laminates, LED lighting, ceramic floor tile, and interior glazing were used to transform Pioneer's image while remaining sensitive to corporate branding standards.
