CAMPUS MASTER PLAN

Siena College’s Campus Master Plan provides a blueprint that will outline capital projects to shape the future of the campus. Nearly all new construction, expansion, and renovation over the next 10 years will be informed by this plan.

Campus Master Plan

The Campus Master Plan provides critical information needed to develop and prioritize projects that address institutional and instructional space, infrastructure, green space, storage, maintenance, and sustainability.

Project Scope

CSArch facilitated the master planning process together with Rickes Associates through a comprehensive and inclusive two-year process with the College. Before engaging in design solutions and developing recommendations, CSArch and the College conducted significant research to gather pertinent background information.

CSArch worked with the College to prioritize initiatives, develop various options, and consider the relative priority of the initiatives to develop a build-out pathway.
