Albany Housing Authority Albany, NY

Jared Holt Mews

As part of Albany’s South End Neighborhood, ten new 2 and 3 story row-houses were constructed to accommodate affordable housing. As the first project in a comprehensive South End Revitalization Plan, this project features newly constructed homes on a one acre brownfield site, the location of the former Jared Holt Wax Factory. This project is a catalyst for Albany’s South End Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and will serve as a standard for future affordable housing developments. This new neighborhood development, designed to accommodate larger sized families, includes marketable amenities such as off-street parking, passive security features, indoor garage spaces, and private and semi-private green spaces.

In-house services included Architecture.
